Add your data once. RageEdge trains a model on it, shrinks it for each device, delivers it over the air and brings wrong answers back to the right team. Then it does it again, every time you improve.
Upload service manuals, product catalogues, support tickets, SOPs and images, in the languages your people use. Choose where training runs: on your own premises, in your own cloud account, or in RageEdge Cloud. Your data never has to move somewhere it isn’t allowed to go.

A phone, a car and a camera gateway don’t have the same memory or chip. RageEdge compresses the model separately for each one, then scores every version on your own test questions so you can see exactly how much accuracy was kept before anything ships.

03Stage. Deliver. Rollback.
Deliver automatically
When a version passes your checks, every device downloads it on its own, in the background, the next time it has a connection. Rollouts start with a small group and widen in stages. If anything looks wrong, one click puts every device back on the previous version.
The model lives inside your app, on the device. People ask in plain words, typed or spoken, and the first word of the answer appears in about a second, with or without a signal. Questions and answers stay on the device.

How do I reset the tyre-pressure warning?
From your service manual, section 7.4: switch the ignition on, hold the reset button until the warning light blinks, then drive for a few minutes.

05Report. Route. Fix.
Report and improve
When an answer is wrong, the user taps Report. The report goes straight to the team that owns that knowledge, whether that’s service, sales or HR, with the question, the answer and the version. They fix the source data, the next version trains, and every device gets the fix.

About the loop
It depends on how much data you add and where training runs. Small updates, like a new price list, are usually ready the same day. A first model trained on a large manual library takes longer, and we plan it with you during the pilot.
Nothing breaks. The device keeps answering with the version it has, and downloads the new one in the background the next time it connects.
Yes. Every version is scored on your own test questions first, and rollouts go to a small group before everyone. You can pause a rollout or roll back with one click.
Only the team the report is routed to, plus the admins you choose. A report includes the question, the answer and the version, and only leaves the device when the user taps Report.
No. You can ship our white-label app with your name, logo and colours, or add the RageEdge SDK to the app you already have.
